DELIVERY AND REFUND POLICY

1. DELIVERY POLICY Services purchased via the Gizlikent Waterfall (Kuzenler Seyahat Petrol Ürünleri Turizm Hayvancılık Emlak İnşaat Taşımacılık Ticaret Limited Şirketi) website (such as ATV Tours, Zipline, Rafting, etc.) are classified as "Services Rendered Immediately." Therefore, no physical shipping or cargo delivery takes place.

Electronic Delivery: Upon successful completion of your payment, the Reservation Code and Ticket details for your purchased service are automatically sent to the email address provided during the order. This email constitutes "Delivery."

Service Redemption: You are required to be present at our facility at the selected date and time with your received digital ticket or reservation code.

2. CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS

While customer satisfaction is our priority, the following cancellation rules are strictly applied to prevent disruptions in operational planning:

Cancellations Up to 24 Hours in Advance: For cancellation requests made more than 24 hours before your reservation time, a full refund (100%) will be issued without any deductions.

Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours Before: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation time or for failure to be present at the facility at the service time (No-Show).

Force Majeure (Weather Conditions, etc.): In accordance with our safety standards, if the activity cannot be performed due to adverse weather (heavy rain, storm), technical faults, or reasons originating from our company, a full refund or a date change will be provided based on your preference.

3. REFUND PROCEDURE The process for eligible refunds is as follows:

Simply submit your refund request to info@gizlikentselalesi.com or contact us at +90 507 808 81 36.

Once your refund is approved, our system automatically issues a refund instruction to the credit card or bank account used for the original payment.

The reflection of the refund in your account may take between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing procedures.
