1. DELIVERY POLICY

Services purchased through the Gizlikent Şelalesi (Kuzenler Seyahat Petrol Ürünleri Turizm Hayvancılık Emlak İnşaat Taşımacılık Ticaret Limited Şirketi) website (such as ATV Tours, Zipline, Rafting, etc.):

  • Nature of Service: These are classified as "Services Performed Instantly." Therefore, there is no shipping or physical product delivery.

  • Electronic Delivery: Upon successful completion of the payment process, the Reservation Code and Ticket details for the purchased service are automatically sent to the e-mail address provided during the order.

  • Proof of Delivery: This e-mail serves as the official "Delivery".

  • Usage: You must be present at our facility at the selected date and time with the digital ticket or reservation code received.

 

2. CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS

While our company prioritizes customer satisfaction, the following cancellation rules apply to ensure operational efficiency:

  • Cancellations More Than 24 Hours in Advance: For cancellation requests made more than 24 hours before the reservation time, the full amount (100%) will be refunded without any deduction.

  • Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours in Advance: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation time or in the event of a "No-Show".

  • Force Majeure (Adverse Weather, etc.): Due to security standards at our facility, if an activity cannot be performed due to natural causes such as heavy rain or storm, or due to technical failures originating from our company, a full refund will be issued or a date change will be made according to your preference.

 

3. REFUND PROCEDURE

For transactions eligible for a refund, the process is as follows:

  • Application: It is sufficient to send your refund request to info@gizlikentselalesi.com or via the contact line at +90 507 808 81 36.

  • Payment Method: Once your refund is approved, a repayment instruction is automatically sent by our system to the credit card or bank account used during payment.

  • Processing Time: The reflection of the refund in your account may vary between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's internal processing times.
