DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES

BUYER: The customer purchasing services via the website (hereinafter referred to as the "BUYER"). The information is as declared on the payment page.

2. SUBJECT

The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and performance of the service (Activity/Tour) whose qualifications and sales price are specified below, which the BUYER has ordered electronically from the SELLER's website www.gizlikentselalesi.com.

3. SERVICE SUBJECT TO CONTRACT AND PAYMENT

Type of Service: (ATV Tour, Zipline, Buggy Off-Road Tour, Giant Swing, Tubing Rafting) Date/Time: The date and time selected by the BUYER during booking. Total Amount: The amount specified and collected on the payment page (Including taxes). Payment Method: Credit Card / Debit Card (Online Payment).

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. The BUYER accepts that they have read the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and performance of the service subject to the contract on the website, and have given the necessary confirmation electronically.

4.2. The purchased service will be performed at the SELLER's facilities on the booked date and time. The SELLER cannot be held responsible if the BUYER is not present at the activity area at the specified time; the service shall be deemed used.

4.3. In the event that the activity cannot be carried out due to adverse weather conditions, technical faults, or force majeure, the SELLER undertakes to refund the paid amount to the BUYER in full without any deductions or to postpone the date with the BUYER's approval.

5. CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION CONDITIONS

The BUYER has the right to a full refund for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the reservation time. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation time or in case of failure to show up for the appointment (no-show).

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Article 15, paragraph (g) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts titled "Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal"; the BUYER does not have a right of withdrawal for "contracts relating to accommodation, transport of goods, car rental services, catering or services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance." Therefore, legally, the BUYER cannot demand an unconditional refund even if the performance of the service has not started; the cancellation conditions in Article 5 of this contract apply.

7. AUTHORIZED COURT

In disputes that may arise from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and the Courts of Mugla (Seydikemer) are authorized.
