DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

BUYER: The customer who purchases services through the website (hereinafter referred to as the "BUYER"). The information is as declared on the payment page.

2. SUBJECT

The subject of this agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and performance of the service (Activity/Tour), the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, ordered by the BUYER electronically from the SELLER's website www.gizlikentselalesi.com.

3. CONTRACTUAL SERVICE AND PAYMENT

  • Service Type: (ATV Tour, Zipline, Buggy Off-Road Tour, Giant Swing, Tubing Rafting)

  • Date and Time: As selected by the BUYER during the reservation.

  • Total Amount: The total price including taxes as specified in the order confirmation.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • 4.1. THE BUYER acknowledges that they have read the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and performance of the contractual service on the website and has given the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment.

  • 4.2. The purchased service will be performed at the SELLER's facilities at the reserved date and time. The SELLER cannot be held responsible if the BUYER is not present at the activity area at the specified time; in such cases, the service is considered rendered.

  • 4.3. In the event that the activity cannot be carried out due to adverse weather conditions, technical failures, or force majeure, the SELLER undertakes to refund the paid amount to the BUYER in full or to postpone the date with the BUYER's consent.

5. CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION CONDITIONS

The BUYER has the right to receive a full refund for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the reservation time. No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation time or in the event of a "no-show."

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Article 15, paragraph (g) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts titled "Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal"; the BUYER does not have the right of withdrawal in "contracts relating to the utilization of leisure time for accommodation, transport of goods, car rental, catering, and entertainment or recreation, which must be provided on a specific date or period." Therefore, the BUYER acknowledges that they have no legal right to unconditional withdrawal, even if the performance of the service has not yet commenced.
